These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of ironspireinvestments.com (the “Website”) operated by Ironspire (“Ironspire”, “we”, “us”). Ironspire is currently in a pre-launch phase: the only service we offer is a waitlist for people interested in our planned GPU infrastructure investment product. By using the Website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not join the waitlist.

1. The waitlist

The waitlist is a way to register your interest and be notified when we open for investment. Joining it:

• Is free and does not commit you to invest anything.
• Does not create an investment, an account, or any contractual right to invest.
• Does not guarantee that you will be offered access to any future product, or that any product will launch at all.

We may modify, pause, or discontinue the waitlist at any time, and we may remove entries that we believe are fraudulent, duplicated, or automated.

2. No offer, no advice

Nothing on this Website — including the waitlist, any statistics, projections, or descriptions of our planned business — constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, investment advice, or a guarantee of returns. Any future investment opportunity will be made only through separate, formal documentation with its own terms and risk disclosures. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.

3. Your submission

When you join the waitlist, you agree that:

• The information you submit (email address and, optionally, an investment interest range and phone number) is accurate and belongs to you.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You will not submit entries on behalf of others without their permission, or use bots, scripts, or other automated means to sign up.
• We may contact you at the email address (and phone number, if provided) about the waitlist and our launch.

4. Privacy

How we collect, store, and use your waitlist information is described in our Privacy Policy. By joining the waitlist, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Intellectual property

The content of this Website — text, graphics, logos, and design — belongs to Ironspire or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
