This Privacy Policy explains how Ironspire (“Ironspire”, “we”, “us”) handles your information when you visit ironspireinvestments.com and join our waitlist. Ironspire is currently in a pre-launch phase: the waitlist is the only service we operate, and this policy covers only the website and the waitlist. If we launch additional services in the future, we will update this policy before they go live.

1. Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Email address (required) — so we can contact you when we open for investment.
• Investment interest range (optional) — the approximate amount you indicated you might be interested in investing.
• Phone number (optional) — only if you choose to provide it after signing up.

When you submit the form, we also record your IP address and the time of submission. We use these solely to prevent spam and abuse (for example, rate-limiting repeated submissions).

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this website.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Maintain the waitlist and notify you when we open for investment.
• Contact you about early access and, if you shared a phone number, reach out to you directly.
• Understand overall interest levels so we can plan our launch.
• Protect the waitlist from spam, bots, and abuse.

We process this information on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see Section 6).

3. Where your information is stored

Waitlist submissions are stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase. The website itself is hosted by Render. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads fonts. These providers process data on our behalf as service providers and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Your information is only shared with the service providers listed above, or if we are legally required to disclose it.

5. Retention

We keep your waitlist information for as long as the waitlist is active or until you ask us to delete it. If we abandon the project or the waitlist is discontinued, we will delete the waitlist data.

6. Your rights

You can at any time:

• Ask what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it and remove you from the waitlist.
• Withdraw your consent to being contacted.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. If a change meaningfully affects how we handle your waitlist information, we will notify you by email before it takes effect.
